Yoga for all the family this morning with Three little birds.

We will be exploring poses, movement and breath followed by guided relaxation. So, basically we will be getting really energetic using the whole studio to explore our yoga practice. After some snacks, a chat and a bit of something creative we will be getting cosy with blankets and warm eye bags for a deep relaxation.

Bring comfy clothes, your favourite socks and anything else that makes you feel happy 💗

The Uckfield yoga studio has a wide variety of classes every week and there are workshops almost every weekend. Many of the classes are drop in however you will gain the most benefits if you attend regularly.
