We are a friendly independent yoga studio in Uckfield, East Sussex. Uckfield is a small market town with ample free parking close by and easily accessible by train and road.

We have more than 25 classes of yoga every week and different workshops most weekends. There’s something to suit everyone from beginners to well seasoned yogis including Ashtanga with Nick on Monday evening,  after school children’s yoga and family session on Sunday morning once per month with Cessally as well as Tai Chi and kick boxing with Mark.

We have a team of highly skilled, passionate Yoga teachers. Whether you’re looking to increase flexibility, build on your strength or de-stress, you will find a class that works for you.

We offer a wide variety of classes including gentle, ordinary and beginners,  Meditation, Vinyasa flow, modified Pilates, Sunrise and Yin.

Our Studio

A great deal of thought has gone into providing you with the best possible environment to practice Yoga. The studio is clean, warm and spacious giving you a sense of calm the moment you walk through the door. We can provide mats, bolsters and blocks or you can bring your own.
