Namaste yogis and welcome to spring.

The clocks have changed so lighter evenings and warmer weather (we hope) which means ideal conditions for coming to classes at Uckfield yoga studio. As well as all the old favourites – ordinary yoga every morning 9.30 am and every evening 6 pm we have Ashtanga with Amy, meditation with Alarna and Bliss with Sarah LM who all offer a £5 first class discount to entice you to give it a try – they are on the left in the photo. Also starting on Friday 13th April ashtanga with Nick (the man in the photo) 7.30 pm and beginning 24th April a mindfulness stress reduction course with Julie Stannard, 8 weeks meeting every Tuesday 12.30 – 2.30 pm details from www.julieyoga.net. Please note we are open Good Friday all classes running and Sat + Sun but closed bank holiday Monday, may we be blessed with sun and smiles.
