Greetings everyone, we have survived the cold, dark month of January and now we can begin to emerge from hibernation.
Perhaps this month you could try a different yoga class; people often tell me they don’t know what the various names mean, some are obvious – for example pregnancy but what is vinyasa/ yin/bliss/ ashtanga??
Well they are all forms of yoga – vinyasa and ashtanga are dynamic, active styles which suit a person who enjoys physical activity whereas yin and bliss are slower, calmer classes for chilling out. We have family yoga on Sundays, toddler and kids classes, meditation, men only and core restore for ladies who want to connect with their pelvic floor, why not try them all and don’t forget the early morning sessions to start the day the yoga way!
Whichever yoga you do can enhance your well being and the best teacher is practice, practice, practice. We hope to see you at the studio and wish you warmth and wellness.
Love for all from Grace ommmmm.
