A varied class week to week that allows you to find a quiet space within, and build on both strength and flexibility. My aim is that you leave feeling restored, energised, positive, and with a greater connection to oneself. This is practised through yoga postures, breath awareness, relaxation, and elements of meditation & mindfulness.
Everyone is very welcome into a warm and friendly environment, for you to explore your personal journey with yoga.
Ultimately, I would like you to find joy in your practice.
