Learn Tai Chi!
In this 4-week course you will learn the basics of tai chi, including an introduction to the White Crane tai chi form, ‘Frost and Sun White Crane Gentle Art’.
The moves make up a short form which you can practice at home anytime, as well as being the opening moves of a longer sequence, which you could continue learning if you joined a drop in class or took another course.
You will also learn qigong breathing exercises, as well as gentle and relaxing warm up routines.
Everything you learn in class is available online for free, so that you are able to reinforce your learning and practice at home between classes, or once the course has finished, without worrying about forgetting the moves.
