Vinyasa Flow - Sarah H Online

A strong Vinyasa Flow class where we will start with the Sun Salutations, move into a series of standing postures followed by a seated series before making our way towards our final resting pose, Savasana. The class will vary each week and may include Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
Donation basis. Suggested donation around £5 depending on your financial means.
