A class to give you dedicated time just for you, to find a quiet space, and to build on both strength and flexibility. My aim is that you leave the class feeling restored, positive, and with a sense of greater connection to oneself. This is practised through yoga postures, as well as breath awareness, relaxation and elements of meditation and mindfulness.
Everyone is very welcome, and my aim is to create a friendly and warm environment, where you can relax and explore the joys, challenges, and rewards of yoga. Ultimately, I would like you to find enjoyment in your practice!
