Namaste yogis, thanks to everyone who filled out our feedback survey – mostly we are local ladies, middle aged who come to yoga once a week but as you know everyone is welcome whatever age, gender, size or shape – yoga is for everybody.
There is lots happening at the studio this month – Trudi is starting a new class on Monday lunchtimes – core restore/ pelvic floor yoga for women any age who want to tone up. Nick has left us so Richard is starting a men only class on Tuesdays at 7.30 pm for a more masculine session and Sarah Hunt is taking over Thursday evening ashtanga from the 11th and offering bring a friend for free on that date plus Sarah LM is doing some Kirtan training (which she will then bring to studio) so Richard is covering her Bliss class on Fridays while she is away. There is a workshop every weekend in October – details below and we hope to see you very soon. om shanti.
